Holiday Care:
We provide holiday care on an as needs basis. Fifteen
children must be enrolled in order for us to have care on that day. If you sign
up for holiday care you will be billed regardless if your child attends or not.
$26.00 per day $ 20.00 each additional child.
? Social Service Families: If you receive assistance through DSS you are
responsible for the registration and activity fees as they do not cover this
charge.
? Please note that if your child is in the AM and PM program only 1 registration
fee is charged.
? You only need to fill out this page once for all your children.
? Please provide proof of household income when registering.
